If you wish to inquire about issues relating to statistical testing, please read the "Consultation Methods" booklet. Furthermore, please refer to "Consultants Listing" and completed the "Consultation Service Basic Information Form". Please write down your inquiry details, basic personal information and name of the consultants that you wish to speak to and the required consultation time.

Finally, please fax the form back to (02) 2364-0422. This Center will either email or contact you via phone in regards to the consultation time. Shall you not receive any notices after one week of submission, please take to initiative to contact this Center either via your presence at this Center or via phone on (02) 2362- 7684, extension 113, contact person Ms. Lee.

Card Reading and Design Service

Acceptance for the Entrustment of Test Editing
